Our mission
Teen Success Mentorship exists to help young people become capable, confident, and responsible — and to give them practical systems they can use for the rest of their lives.
How we teach
Lessons are practical, direct, and encouraging. We teach students to think for themselves rather than memorize slogans, and to measure progress against their own starting point instead of comparing themselves with others. We respect that every student comes from different circumstances, resources, and support systems.
Where the course comes from
The curriculum is built from over twenty years of Teen Success Mentorship coaching, rewritten so any new student can learn it independently — no prior classes required.
The founder
Justin Ladson
Teen Success Mentorship was founded by Justin Ladson, Founder & Lead Mentor, based in Manassas, Virginia.
The online course turns his coaching lessons into practical learning that teens can work through at their own pace.
